How long does international shipping take?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while express delivery arrives within 2-4 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and jewelry cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
Do I have to pay customs and import duties?
For customers in the UK, USA, and EU, duties are typically included. For other international destinations, you may be responsible for local import duties and taxes upon arrival.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link and unique tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
