We want you to be obsessed with your Jaded London pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, in their original condition, and have all tags still attached.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, print it out, and drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
